Who Files This Form

All employers with employees (with some exceptions for seasonal employers)

Due Date

Quarterly: April 30, July 31, October 31, January 31

Important Notes

File even if no tax was withheld for the quarter, unless you're a seasonal employer. S-Corps with owner-employees must also file Form 941.
